I saw this company online and liked the site. The watches looked great. My only reservation was that the watch was coming to the UK from overseas.
I put my order in and to my surprise received a phone call the day after from a New York number confirming the order payment had been received and they checked my postal details. Excellent customer service from a very pleasant agent. I got an email a few days after, with all the order tracking details. Communication was top notch.
I received another call about a week later to tell me that the watch had been handed to the UK handler (Royal Mail) and was provided with a tracking number. Again, followed up with an email.
I ordered my Rolex Day-just in white gold on the 13th of January. It arrived safely on the 31st of January and I LOVE IT! It’s no wonder it’s a best seller. The quality of the piece is awesome. The detail and finish are perfect, and I am very very happy with the overall experience.
