Warranty & Servicing Protocol

We do not treat our timepieces as disposable items. By utilizing Dandong (DD) calibers, our builds are engineered for mechanical longevity. We support this with a strict framework that aligns with genuine Swiss luxury protocols.

The Mechanical Horizon // 6 to 10 Years

Not a Toy. A True Horological Engine.

The Dandong movement platforms (DD3235, DD3285, DD4130) utilized in current Victory Factory (VF) releases mirror genuine architectural specifications. They feature correct jeweling, robust gear trains, and standard 28,800 VPH beat rates.

With responsible daily wear and routine servicing (cleaning and lubrication every 3-5 years), it is entirely realistic for these movements to operate reliably for 6 to 10 years.

01. The 24-Month Internal Warranty

We stand behind the engineering of the Dandong calibers we supply. Every timepiece comes with a Voluntary 24-Month Internal Movement Warranty covering spontaneous mechanical factory defects, valid from the exact date of delivery.

Covered (Internal Engine)

  • Complete failure of the automatic winding module
  • Unexplained stopping of the watch despite proper manual winding
  • Severe and sudden daily amplitude loss (not related to magnetism)
  • Failure of the jumping-hour module or date snap mechanisms

Not Covered (User Actions)

  • Impact Shock: Dropping the watch or wearing it during high-impact sports (e.g., Golf) which snaps the balance staff.
  • Crown Damage: Stripped threads from pulling forcefully instead of gently unscrewing and pressing while turning.
  • Unauthorized Intervention: Opening the caseback via an unauthorized third party voids coverage.

02. The “Gen Standard” Hardware Exclusions

We enforce the exact same warranty boundaries as authorized Swiss luxury dealers. The 24-month warranty applies strictly to the internal mechanical movement. It does not cover exterior hardware degradation or water intrusion caused by user oversight.

Bracelets, Clasps & Crystals

The structural integrity of the 904L steel bracelet, clasp mechanisms (Glidelock/Oysterlock), bezel, and sapphire crystal are verified via macro-QC before dispatch. Once the protective films are removed, they are subjected to daily physical force. Snapped pins, stripped screws from improper sizing, forced clasp breakages, or scratched crystals are classified as user wear-and-tear and are not covered under free warranty.

Water & Steam Intrusion

While VF builds are machine-tested to 10 ATM (100m) before leaving the assembly line, water resistance is never permanent. If moisture enters the case, it is almost exclusively due to the user failing to tightly screw down the crown, or exposing the watch to hot showers/saunas (steam bypasses and degrades FKM gaskets). Therefore, water damage completely voids the internal mechanical warranty.

The Solution // At-Cost Replacements

If you accidentally damage your exterior hardware (e.g., you snap your clasp or crack the ceramic bezel), you do not need to buy a whole new watch. Contact our Advisory Desk, and we will supply replacement factory parts (bracelets, clasps, crystals) at pure wholesale cost with zero retail markup.

03. Magnetization: The 5-Minute Local Fix

If your watch was keeping perfect time and suddenly begins running several minutes fast per day, it is rarely a mechanical breakdown. In 95% of cases involving sudden severe time-gain, the delicate hairspring has simply been magnetized by electronics (laptops, iPads, wireless chargers).

Do not ship it back. Because our cases use 1:1 genuine specifications, any experienced local watchsmith can safely open the caseback, place it on a demagnetizer, and regulate it in under 5 minutes. This usually costs a nominal fee and saves you weeks of international transit time.

04. Long-Term Servicing: The “Shared-Transit” Protocol

Like any mechanical engine, watch movements eventually require a standard C.O.A. service (cleaning, oiling, and adjusting) as synthetic lubricants dry out.

If you cannot find a local watchmaker willing to service a clone caliber, our workshop facility is at your disposal. For out-of-warranty repairs or routine multi-year maintenance overhauls, we operate on a strict Shared-Cost (AA) Logistics Agreement to keep servicing transparent across international borders:

Inbound Transit (Client Responsibility)

You are responsible for safely packaging the watch and covering the inbound postal shipping cost to our designated Asian diagnostic hub.

Diagnostic & Workshop Labor

Our technicians will disassemble, clean, lubricate, or repair the Dandong movement. If covered under the 24-month warranty, parts and labor are completely free. (For out-of-warranty routine maintenance or replacing broken clasps/bezels, we charge pure factory cost with zero retail markup).

Outbound Return Shipping (Our Responsibility)

Once the servicing is complete and the watch passes a new waterproof test, we will dispatch it back to you via our secure logistics route. We cover 100% of the return international shipping costs.
