This company is awesome. While placing a recent order, I was contacted by phone during the transaction to ask if I wanted the bracelet adjusted. I said, “No, thank you.” and finished the order. A few minutes after placing my order, I received another phone call to verify that my payment went through and to give me an estimated delivery date. I received several emails after this to let me know the status of my order. I received the watch sooner than expected and was really surprised at the quality. They even included a screwdriver so I could adjust the bracelet, myself . This company provides the absolute best customer service of any I have dealt with online.
