Return Policy & Mechanical Warranty
We cater to experienced collectors. Our return and warranty protocols are structured around transparency and mechanical reliability, maintaining the standard established during the Clean era and continued by Victory Factory (VF).
Visual Execution is Confirmed Before Dispatch.
The strongest defense against mismatched expectations is our Pre-Shipment Quality Control (QC) process. Before any VF timepiece leaves our facility, we provide high-resolution macro photos of the dial, bezel, and case, alongside a Timegrapher video detailing the Dandong movement's performance.
Once you review these parameters and provide the "Green Light", the watch is dispatched. Because the visual execution is verified and accepted prior to shipping, physical returns for subjective aesthetic reasons upon delivery are not standard practice. Our return policy is primarily designed to protect you against mechanical failure (DOA) or transit damage.
01. The 7-Day Return Window
If your watch arrives with a verified functional defect or mechanical failure that bypassed our QC testing, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of physical delivery (based on courier tracking).
If a return is initiated due to a verified functional defect, we take full responsibility and cover the return shipping costs. In the rare instance an exception is granted for a discretionary return, the buyer assumes full responsibility for secure, tracked return shipping.
To preserve the integrity of our inventory for all clients, any eligible return must be in 100% unworn, factory-sealed condition.
All transparent protective films, barcode stickers, and clasp foils must remain undisturbed. Sizing the bracelet, removing the plastics, or causing microscopic wear immediately alters the condition of the watch. We reserve the right to apply a loss-of-value deduction (up to 50%) or reject the return entirely if the watch is no longer in "factory-new" condition.
02. The 24-Month Dandong Warranty
The focus on superior movement platforms is central to the VF direction. Because these builds utilize advanced Dandong (DD) calibers (such as the DD3235, DD3285, and DD4130), we provide a Voluntary 24-Month Movement Warranty covering internal mechanical defects.
Covered (Mechanical Integrity)
- Complete failure of the automatic winding module
- Unexplained cessation of the movement despite correct manual winding
- Severe and sudden daily amplitude loss
- Failure of the jumping-hour module or date mechanisms
Not Covered (User Error / External)
- Water/Steam Intrusion: See the Collector's Note below.
- Crown Damage: Stripped threads or snapped stems from pulling forcefully instead of gently unscrewing.
- Impact Damage: Shock to the balance wheel from dropping or sports.
- Unauthorized Intervention: Opening the caseback via a third party voids coverage.
Steam: While these builds feature FKM gaskets suitable for surface swimming (with the crown secured), exposing any mechanical watch to hot showers, saunas, or hot tubs causes metal expansion. Steam will bypass the seals and ruin the Dandong movement. This voids the warranty.
Magnetization: If your watch suddenly runs several minutes fast per day, it is almost certainly magnetized by electronics (laptops, speakers), not broken. A local watchsmith can demagnetize it in seconds.
03. The RMA (Return) Process
If your situation meets the criteria above, follow this protocol to initiate an evaluation:

Secure Routing
Upon preliminary approval, we will provide the exact shipping address for our nearest diagnostic facility. The package must be shipped with active tracking and signature confirmation.
Evaluation & Settlement
Our technicians will inspect the piece. If the functional defect is confirmed, or the factory-new condition is verified for an approved return, your replacement or refund is processed within 7-14 business days.
