Are these watches currently in US stock?
Because Victory Factory (VF) operates on strict allocation and integrates Dandong movements upon order, watches are not held in a US domestic warehouse. After you approve the QC photos, they are dispatched via our stealth "Blind-Drop" logistics route, entering the US discreetly.
My tracking number hasn't updated in 5 days. Is it lost?
No, this is completely normal. As detailed in our Shipping Policy, we utilize Triangle Stealth Logistics to bypass customs. It is standard for your USPS/Royal Mail tracking to remain at "Label Created" for 5-9 days while the parcel crosses international borders. The tracking will update only once it clears your domestic customs facility.
